Notice to Parents, Students, and Employees of Swanson Center for Youth at Columbia
In December 2024, a comprehensive inspection was completed of the buildings known as Swanson Center for Youth at Columbia for the purpose of locating and identifying Asbestos Containing Materials. An AHERA Inspection was performed and the Asbestos Management Plan will be placed at the facility to be kept on file on site.
A copy of the plan for the facility can be located in the Main Office and is available for public inspection during regular business hours.
As funding allows, Swanson Center for Youth at Columbia will continue its ongoing efforts to reduce the presence of Asbestos Containing Materials in all of our buildings.
