Flag Football is back at Swanson Center for Youth at Columbia! This is an exciting opportunity for the youth to engage in a positive and empowering activity that promotes teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship.

By participating in flag football, youth have the chance to develop their physical abilities through running, catching, and passing drills, while also building their mental stamina and resilience through strategic game play. The program fosters an environment of healthy competition and camaraderie, where young individuals can learn the importance of setting and achieving goals, as well as develop their leadership and communication skills.

"We believe that the flag football program at Swanson can help transform the lives of the youth and set them on a path towards success," says Lt. Col. Arion Nickson, LAMOD Coordinator at Swanson Center for Youth at Columbia.

Thanks to the facility directors, coaches, staff, players and spectators who helped to makes this game a success!

Let's send a huge congratulations to the Rockets on their first win for the season!
